Everest Sourcing LLC provides supplier sourcing, vetting, quality inspection, and logistics coordination services for businesses procuring manufactured goods from international suppliers. Everest Sourcing LLC acts as an agent and coordinator on behalf of clients and does not itself manufacture goods; it is not a party to the underlying supply contract between client and manufacturer unless separately agreed in writing.

No Guarantee of Supplier Performance

While we perform vetting and inspection services with reasonable care, Everest Sourcing LLC does not guarantee the performance, solvency, or product quality of any third-party supplier introduced to a client. Clients are responsible for their own final due diligence and contractual arrangements with suppliers.

Customs & Trade Compliance

Clients are responsible for ensuring that imported goods comply with the customs, tariff, and trade regulations of the destination country. Everest Sourcing LLC provides logistics coordination assistance but does not provide legal or customs-brokerage advice.
